PANAMA CITY, FL. — Just two weeks after launching his campaign for Congress, Austin Rogers announced today that his team has raised more than $550,000 for the 2026 election cycle, a powerful show of support from across Florida’s 2nd Congressional District — the heart of Trump Country.
The Rogers for Florida campaign credited its early fundraising success to strong grassroots enthusiasm and Rogers’ firsthand experience fighting for conservative priorities in Washington. The total includes $300,000 in initial support from Rogers himself, demonstrating his commitment to building a winning campaign from day one.
“From Bay County to Lafayette County, this campaign is about standing up for the real Florida — for our faith, our freedom, and our conservative values,” Rogers said. “In just two weeks, we’ve seen incredible support and momentum from hardworking folks across the district. Floridians want a true conservative who is ready to deliver on Trump’s America First agenda on day one. I’m grateful for the strong support from our district, and I look forward to keeping this momentum heading into this election.”
Rogers was born and raised in the Panhandle. He has been married for five years to his wife, Hala, who is a dermatologist. After Hala completed her medical residency in Washington, D.C., they chose to return to Austin’s hometown of Panama City to raise their children, Avonlea and Auggie, with the same values instilled in them. They are expecting their third child in February.
