Austin Rogers is an America First conservative who will be a strong, reliable vote for President Donald Trump’s agenda in Congress. Austin worked with Senator Rick Scott on legislation to enact President Trump’s priority agenda items. He has seen firsthand how broken Washington is, and he won’t need on-the-job training to fight the D.C. Swamp and stand up to Radical Left politicians. 

Austin believes President Trump’s leadership has put our nation back on the right track. In Congress, he will work hand-in-hand with President Trump to pass commonsense legislation that strengthens our economy, keeps our border secure, supports our military and law enforcement, and protects our most cherished freedoms — while stopping bad bills before they ever become law.

Austin will defend President Trump’s agenda from attacks by the Radical Left, including politically motivated lawfare and overreach from activist judges and entrenched DC Swamp bureaucrats.  

Austin believes that President Trump is the most consequential President of our lifetime and that our nation is stronger because of his unwavering leadership.

Faith comes first in Austin’s life. He thanks God and our Lord Jesus Christ for the blessing of living in the freest nation on Earth. He believes that the next generation of conservative leaders must step up to defend and preserve those freedoms. This is one of the main reasons he decided to run for Congress.

In Congress, Austin will always stand up for every American’s right to practice their faith freely. He is a constitutional law scholar and has published articles on the free exercise of faith. He will fiercely defend the First Amendment and protect the freedom of speech so citizens can think, worship, and speak freely without fear of government persecution.

Austin is deeply committed to promoting and defending family values. His wife and three children inspire him every day to be the best husband and father he can be. 

He believes strong families are the foundation of a strong nation. In Congress, he will always stand up for parental rights and the family unit that is under constant attack by the Radical Left. He will not stand by and allow radical ideologies to brainwash our kids. 

He will oppose all policies that undermine families or push inappropriate agendas on our children. Austin believes that biological men have no business participating in women’s sports.

Austin believes that life is sacred and is 100% pro life from conception. He will always stand for the sanctity of life and support pro life policies that protect the unborn. In Congress, he will be a strong voice for those who cannot speak up for themselves, and for the traditional family.

For 30 years, the American worker has paid the price of policies of failed globalism. Manufacturing jobs were shipped overseas and working families were left behind. 

Austin believes American workers are the best in the world. Congress has a responsibility to put them first. Our trade policies should create more American jobs, not fewer.

Austin supports President Trump’s leadership to reignite the American economy and his use of strategic tools to achieve trade wins that benefit both American workers and American manufacturers. 

President Trump brought our economy back from the brink but it is still recovering from years of failed policies under Joe Biden that drove inflation through the roof. Austin will work with President Trump in Congress to ensure that policies are enacted that keep everyday essentials — from eggs and milk — affordable for families gathered around their dinner table. Austin Rogers will support policies that will Make America Affordable Again!

Austin was inspired by his family’s proud tradition of military service. His father, grandfather, and great grandfather were fighter pilots, and his father flew two tours with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. His father retired from Tyndall Air Force Base in our district, where he now trains the next generation of warriors who defend our skies.

That legacy of service shaped Austin’s deep respect for our armed forces. In Congress, he will fight to ensure that our men and women in uniform receive the funding, equipment, and support they need to defend our nation and preserve our freedom.

Austin knows that our veterans gave much to protect our country and our families. He will work to ensure our veterans can successfully transition back to civilian life and that every veteran has access to the highest-quality care through the VA. Austin believes our veterans deserve nothing less.

Austin believes President Trump’s swift action to secure the border in the early months of his second term stands as one of the administration’s most important victories. He believes that what Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, & Radical Left politicians did to open up our border to illegal alien invasion, drugs, human trafficking, and other criminal acts was a national disgrace. 

If Democrats get back into power, they will reopen the border wide open. In Congress, Austin will work alongside President Trump and Republican leaders to codify strong border security policies into law so that our border remains secure — and that no future administration can undo these protections that keep our nation safe.

Every American has a constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Austin will be a strong and unwavering defender of the Second Amendment in Congress.

As an angler and hunter, Austin loves time spent fishing the bays and hunting the woods of the Panhandle. He understands that these traditions are important parts of our heritage and way of life — and that they must be protected for future generations.

Austin will stand firmly against any radical gun control agenda pursued by the Radical Left and work to protect the rights of law-abiding gun owners. He will also fight to preserve and expand recreational hunting and fishing opportunities so that these freedoms are passed down to the next generation.

Austin is a conservative attorney who has spent hundreds of hours in congressional hearings serving as a chief counsel in Congress. He knows that the Radical Left wants nothing more than to rip up the U.S. Constitution to replace it with failed Marxist principles. 

He knows this because he has seen the stakes up close. He understands firsthand how Congress works — working alongside Senator Rick Scott. He knows what it takes to stand firm in defense of our freedoms.

On day one, Austin will be ready to defend the Constitution in the halls of Congress. He is a published constitutional law scholar. He will use his legal and legislative experience to stop bad bills, protect the rights of American citizens, and deliver real results for the people of Florida’s 2nd District. He will not need on-the-job training to ensure your rights as an American citizen are protected.

Austin will champion legislation to protect children from online predators and digital exploitation. In today’s world, ensuring our children’s safety online is not optional — it is essential.

Austin has worked on legislation to strengthen protections for minors and has participated in congressional hearings holding social media companies accountable for the harm their platforms can cause. He understands that Big Tech must be held responsible when children are put at risk.

As a father of three, Austin takes this issue personally. In Congress, he will make protecting children a top priority and fight to ensure the next generation grows up safe — both offline and online.

Austin helped draft the SAFE KIDS Act while working with Senator Rick Scott. This legislation tackles a serious problem of Chinese billionaires and Chinese Communist Party officials quietly buying American children birthed by U.S. surrogates in our country and indoctrinating these children to grow up with anti-American views.  

The SAFE KIDS Act would close this loophole and end this citizenship‑for‑cash pipeline. Its passage is needed to protect our families, our children, and our national security.

When elected, Austin will lead the fight for its passage in the House of Representatives.

Austin, like President Trump, believes that America must win the race for Artificial Intelligence (AI) against foreign adversaries like China. The future of economic strength, national security, and technological leadership depends on it.

Austin supports policies that keep AI innovation in the United States, protect American intellectual property, and prevent foreign adversaries from gaining the upper hand. 

He also believes Americans should be equipped to harness these tools responsibly — expanding workforce training and education so more citizens can use AI to become more productive, competitive, and successful.

Austin believes digital assets like cryptocurrency deserve clear, consistent regulatory guidelines so consumers and investors can participate with confidence. Innovation should not be stifled by uncertainty or overreach as they have been.

He supports reasonable guardrails that protect consumers without picking winners and losers or empowering unelected bureaucrats to control emerging technologies. America should lead in financial innovation — while ensuring transparency, accountability, and fairness in the marketplace.

America has a strong ally in Israel. Austin believes the United States must continue providing critical support as Israel faces ongoing threats from Iran, Hamas, and other hostile actors in the Middle East.

Austin also believes the United States must stand firmly against antisemitism wherever it exists — at home and abroad. He has overseen hearings and reports on antisemitism in the United States Senate.

America cannot be strong if our people are unhealthy. We are facing a chronic health crisis in this country, and it’s time we confront it.

We should promote healthier lifestyles, encourage proper diet and exercise, and ensure that Americans have clear, transparent facts about what they are putting into their bodies.

There are far too many unnecessary additives, artificial dyes, and questionable chemicals in our food and even in our drinking water. These substances are contributing to rising health problems, especially among our children. We have a right to know exactly what is in our food, and we must remove ingredients that are proven to be harmful.

As a father of three young children, this issue is deeply personal to me. Parents — not bureaucrats — should be the ultimate decision-makers when it comes to their children’s health care. Families deserve full information and the freedom to make informed choices for their own children.
