PANAMA CITY, FL — Austin Rogers announced today that his team has raised $725,000 during the first quarter. The total includes $350,000 in support from Rogers himself.
Today’s news is another powerful show of support and grassroots enthusiasm for Rogers’ campaign from donors across Florida and the Panhandle specifically. It is noteworthy that Rogers’ campaign filed on January 29th, so this total raised number was reached in roughly two months’ time.
Separately, the pro-Rogers outside group Panhandle Patriots released a Q1 filing totaling $2,000,000 in support of Austin Rogers’ candidacy in FL-02.
Regarding Rogers’ Q1 numbers, Jack Hitchcock, Rogers for Florida campaign manager stated, “Austin’s grateful for the strong support from across Florida and the Second District. Austin’s momentum is real and growing. The numbers we released today will help with critical voter outreach into important coalitions of FL-02 voters. It will help us push Austin’s candidacy as the political outsider and best candidate in this race, most aligned with President Trump, and best equipped to advance his agenda. Austin and our team look forward to keeping this momentum going into the spring.”
Rogers stated, “I’m blown away by people’s generosity and support, and I vow to be a good steward of the resources my supporters have graciously entrusted to our campaign.”
Austin Rogers is the only candidate in the FL-02 race with firsthand experience fighting to advance America First policies in Washington. He did so as a former Chief Counsel in the U.S. Senate. Unlike his opponents, he will be ready to lead as an effective legislator on day one in the House of Representatives.
Faith, family, and freedom are critically important to Rogers and Florida’s Second District. Rogers believes that we are witnessing the most consequential president of our lifetime in President Trump. President Trump’s leadership has put our nation back on the right track— but he needs reinforcements. Rogers will support President Trump and his agenda in Congress.
Austin Rogers was born and raised in the Panhandle. He is married to his wife, Hala, who is a dermatologist. After Hala completed her medical residency in Washington, D.C. at Georgetown, they chose to return to Rogers’ hometown of Panama City to raise their three children with the same values instilled in them.
